Members Present: Mark Haley - President; Chris Castrio - Secretary; Faith Bloomfield - Treasurer; Paul Bloomfield; Dan Komarony; Ed Ellithorpe

OLD BUSINESS:

Minutes of 5-9-09: approved.

NEW BUSINESS:

Treasurer's Report:

Faith Bloomfield reported a $10,397.70 balance.

Bills paid from last statement:

$75.00 Wades Tree Service

$300.00 All American Dumpster

Update on house:

Chris Castrio presented updated Master Plan. Mark Haley reviewing.

Mark Haley has been securing front entry steps. Permanent steps have been postponed.

Randy Cuthbert has been working on electrical system.

Application of Icynene Spray Foam Insulation to basement and first floor perimeter band has been approved. TOTAL ESTIMATED COST $695.00. Chris Castrio will make arrangements for work.

Estimates are being sought for: 1. Installation of smoke detectors and security systems. 2. Contractors to finish heating system.

Events & Happenings:

Ed Ellithorpe informed committee of a proposed dedication plaque made of stone to honor of Mr. Sheridan. Committee pledged $250.00 toward dedication plaque.

Thank you to Dan Komarony for donating the cost for large banners to promote the Crusin' in Stiles Car Show.

Ed Ellithorpe and Dan Komarony reported progress for Car Show. Committee discussed advertising, supplies, and volunteers for event.

Detail for Car Show are as follows:

Sometime between Saturday July 11th and Thursday July 16th

1. Chris Castrio, Paul Bloomfield and Dan Komarony will work on grounds.

2. Mark Haley, Chris Castrio, Faith Bloomfield, Dan Komarony and Ed Ellithorpe will call on other members to volunteer their time for "Day Before" , "Day Of " and "Clean-Up" pfor event. All names will be

given to Chris Castrio to coordinate.

3. Chris Castrio will contact media and make POKER RALLY sheets.

4. Presbyterian Church will be asked to use their parking lot as part of our

event and ask for the use of tables and chairs. (Peter Bailey?)

5. Ed Ellithorpe and Chris Castrio will locate pylons and street barriers.

6. Katelyn Komarony will organize a kids game area (The Kid PIT Stop).

Grants:

Nothing at this time.

Fundraisers:

July 18, 2009 * RIDE IN STILE CAR SHOW - Ed Ellithorpe and Dan Komarony (Leads for this event) reported progress (see above).

October 10-11, 2009 * RENTAL SPACE @ STILES HOUSE - Mark Haley (lead)

October 23-24, 2009 * HAUNTED HOUSE - Cathi Radner (lead)
