Present:
Allison Wilshere, President, Jeff Gargano, Cathi Radner, Peter Bailey, Secretary, Chris Castrio, Project Manager, Dan Komorony, Mark Haley, VP, Cyndi Lange, Paul Lange

 

Business:
1. Treasurer's Report
-as of 12/9 we have $16,987.82 in the account.
2. Brick Campaign
-we need approx. 21 more orders for a group discount.
3. Fundraising update
- possibly looking into grants soon
- interest in getting on the historical registry, currently reviewing application & discussing with other historical
entities who have experience with the registry
- possible hot air balloon ride fundraiser in spring/summer
4. Discussion on tree planting
- there was some miscommunication between members of the committee and members of ACET as to
when/where a tree would be planted on the property
- confusion can be avoided in the future if all requests come through one person (ie. project manager) and
then discussed and approved in conjunction with the committee and Village Board
5. Restoration Project update
- ceiling in front room done; ceiling in back room to be done over
Christmas break
- next project: front steps
6. Letter and photographs from John Parry
- letter has evidence of a tunnel from Stiles House to creek (Moses Kill?)
- photos and letter will be posted on the website

 

Next meeting: Sunday 1/8, 5pm (talking about accomplishments in 2011 and future goals for 2012, etc.)
