OLD BUSINESS: 
Minutes of March 28, 2010: approved.

 

NEW BUSINESS: 
Treasurer's Report:
Faith Bloomfield reported a $3,602.85 balance.
Includes Credit for: 
Donations from Hot Dog Man vendor $10.00

 

UPDATE ON HOUSE:

  • Chris Castrio is working with Charlie Hoffman - Architect to prepare a cost analysis of the Building Entry Project.
  • Peter Bailey presented the final revision of fundraiser letter. All present will help address envelops and send out. Please volunteer to help get these letters out on May 1st.
  • Chris Castrio volunteered to verify Stiles House address and install a mail box at property to receive mailings and donations. Faye Bloomfield has volunteered to check mail box on a daily basis.

    • EVENTS & HAPPENINGS:

  • Please contact Peter Bailey to help in letter fundraiser. The more people who volunteer the fewer letters each of us will have to send. All materials, including postage, will be provided by the R. Stiles Committee.

    • GRANTS: 
    On hold at this time.

    FUNDRAISERS: 

  • Letter Campaign - Target date May 1, 2010 Peter Bailey is the lead for this fundraiser, any and all help in assisting Peter will be greatly appreciated. Peter can be contacted at 518-638-8977.
  • Adopt a Brick - Cathi Radner continues to research cost of personalized bricks that could be used as a fundraiser for the Building Entry Project.
  • Columbus Day Car Show - Dan Komarony and Ed Ellithorpe are the leads for this event. Committee agreed to hold event on October 9th to coincide with the annual town wide garage sale. Mr. Komarony has scheduled a DJ and the Committee will be looking to add some "carnival" games to broaden the events impact. Any and all help in assisting Dan will be greatly appreciated.
  • Haunted House - Cathi Radner is the lead person for this annual event. This year the house will run Friday October 29th and Saturday October 30th.
