OLD BUSINESS:
Minutes of November 9, 2009: approved.

NEW BUSINESS:
Treasurer's Report:
Faith Bloomfield reported a $4,702.85 balance.
Includes Credits for:

Donation from Garry Robinson $100.00

UPDATE ON HOUSE:

–   Chris Castrio presented Architectural renderings from Charlie Hoffman. This included drawings of existing building views and entry concept drawings. Committee members present approved and inquired about our next steps. Chris Castrio will contact Mr. Hoffman to discuss.

Events & Happenings:

–  Chris Castrio proposed the idea of limiting our fundraising efforts to only a couple of events per year. He suggested the following three; 1. Haunted House 2. Car Show and 3. Letter Writing Campaign.

Grants:

–  On hold at this time.

FUNDRAISERS:

–  Committee tabled discussion for Café/Music Night at the school and using it for a R. Stiles Event.

–  Committee tabled discussion for Car Show.
